Our Boot Camp sessions will get your heart rate up
Really amp up your fitness levels with our super charged classes – there is plenty of variety in every session; from boxing to battle ropes and everything in between, you’ll love pushing your body to the extreme and seeing what you can do, no matter what your level of fitness is (or isn’t!) right now. With the support of your boot camp group, you’ll power through the session and, at the end, leave with a great sense of accomplishment. Get moving!
Personal Training to offer you dedicated results
When you want some guidance on how to high power your routine, you have specific goals you want to achieve, or you’d be more comfortable in a one-on-one environment, personal training would be perfect for you. We offer small group personal training, so either one-on-one, or in groups of up to 4 people. Our trainers are completely dedicated to your health and fitness, packing the absolute most into each PT session so you walk away feeling refreshed and ready for more action.
